Fun with Grandma

Abi recently went to visit Grandma & Grandpa.  It was under difficult circumstances, but Abi still enjoyed her time with them.  She especially had fun running to Grandma to give her a hug.

Someone has to do it

Abi is not beyond doing all necessary work to raise her doll.  Here, she is cleaning the doll’s poop.  Abi keeps her doll’s diaper area nice and clean.  She also feeds her by putting blueberries to her mouth, and praising her for eating them.  Abi’s doll feels very nurtured.

Nature time

On Wednesday, the little hungry caterpillar ate:

• 5 bananas
• 3 bowls of cereal
• 1 cantalope
• 1 and 1/2 pints of blueberries
• strawberries
• some sandwiches
• several sippy cups of milk
• some bagel
• and probably other things that I am not quite remembering now

Abi wants to be helpful

This morning, she handed me her poopy diaper.

Abi is very nurturing

She cleans her doll with wipes after her doll poops.  She also brings blueberries to the doll’s mouth, and tells her “very good” when the doll eats.

Dinner yesterday

I got a glass of milk for myself, and a sippy cup of milk for Abi.  Guess who was relegated to the sippy cup?

I have the best kid ever

She pouts in lieu of temper tantrums.

And – – she jogs to school with me.  “Run, Mommy run”.
