We have slowly been expanding Abi’s palette by exposing her to different flavors. Â Sometimes she refuses to try anything new, but recently she has been more open to exploration. Â She tried (and loved) raspberries today, as well as Daddy’s chef salad (turkey, cheese, spinach, tomatoes, celery).

Abi was grateful for all the great clothes she received from Grandma. Â She carefully inspected each piece:
Made sure that it would be suitable for her peek-a-boo needs:
Checked the labels to make sure that the designer would not cramp her style:
Admired the Apple logo since, well, she loves Macs:
And was especially thrilled with the “Wild About Daddy” shirt since, well, she’s wild about Daddy.
Thanks Grandma!

Abi is getting very bossy. Â While most kids get attached to inanimate objects at this age, i.e., a lovey, Abi seems to be attached to Mommy’s boobies. Â She wants to be near them all the time, and protests loudly when she is not. Â She was tired today, and also had a bit of a tantrum – – her very first one.

Abi is getting really good at communicating. Â Today, she was in the office with Daddy. Â She could could not open the shut door to get out of the office. Â So, she indicated that Daddy should pick her up, and then kept motioning toward the door, communicating that she wanted to be taken out of the room. She laughed when Daddy motioned at the door too.
