to play with Grandma soon! Â She also thinks that Daddy is very tired and hopes he gets some downtime soon.
Abi was teething very badly tonight. Â Tylenol seems to have done the trick. Â Unfortunately, the pain woke her up. Â It is now 11PM, and she has absolutely no interest in sleeping.

Personally, I think Abi is either blue (science / medicine) or yellow (command). Â She is definitely not red (operations / security) – because we all know what happens to the red-shirted ensign who beams down to the alien planet as part of the landing party.
Mommy & Abi went to a local gym that has open play (just a 10 minute walk from our house – have I mentioned that Arlington is great)? Â Mommy slid Abi down the slide, and then scooped her up. Â Abi always looked happy being scooped up, and Mommy assumed that it was because she liked being on the slide. Â Imagine Mommy’s surprise when she saw these pictures:

Daddy reports that Abi crawled over to his shoe, pulled it towards her, untied the bow knot, and liberated one of the laces from a hole. Â She of course did all this with her back turned to Daddy, so he is not quite sure whether she has super human dexterity (for a 7 month old baby) or if she is just very persistent.)
