Abi’s first rice cereal

Today, Daddy fed her with a small measuring spoon, which went much better than finger feeding. Mommy is planning to buy her a real baby spoon tomorrow. Stay tuned.

My baby is smarter than I am

Abi is going through a very finicky phase (separation anxiety from Mommy).  Yesterday, she cried whenever Mommy wasn’t holding her or looking at her (except for during walks and while visiting her friend Raya who is about 9 months old).  Anyhow, after a particular walk, Mommy brought Abi into the house.  She continued exhibiting separation anxiety. However, Mommy had to go outside to fold and bring in the stroller and diaper bag.  Abi cried whenever she saw Mommy leave the house.  However, each time when Mommy entered the house, Abi was not crying.  She started crying again as soon as she saw Mommy (each time).
